Sports Physicals $20, are available at the School on May 7th for All students competing in school sports next year.. Consents forms have been distributed to your student and need to be completed and returned with the $20 on or before May 6th. . Please put next years grade on the form and both Parent and Student need to sign the bottom of the front page.. The 2nd page is for the PHYSICIAN ONLY. If This opportunity is not used to get the Sports Physical done please Have it completed and turned in before last day of school. Students without Sports physicals will be SUSPENDED FROM PRACTICES, SCRIMMAGES, AND GAMES ,until this is completed and received.
Oklahoma Caring Van is coming May 10th- Monday for FREE immunizations at Inola Middle school and Elementary. This spring clinic is to help specifically the students to be COMPLIANT next year and have an easy enrollment and entrance into the school year.
